Experience
- 27 years of Sales and Sales Management experience.
- 21 years of experience in the Physical Security Industry.
- 9 years of experience recruiting in Physical Security throughout the US and Canada.
- 12 years in the Physical Security industry working for a major Digital Video/CCTV/ Access Control manufacturing company in sales and executive level managerial roles including profit/loss responsibility and managing inside sales, outside sales, sales managers, system specialists, vertical markets, applications design, field engineering, field techs and integration/commissioning of enterprise systems.

- Search consultant of the year for the Southwest region for 2 consecutive years for a recruiting firm with hundreds of offices.
- Multiple trips to President’s Club.
- Over 40 sales achievement awards in a seven year period.
- Over 150 placements.
Chris has been in Colorado for most of the past 21 years and enjoys guitar/singing, skiing, fly fishing, the Denver Broncos and the occasional bourbon or fine wine. Most of all Chris enjoys spending time with ALC – Avery, Luke and Charlotte – his 8 year old triplets.
CINDY HAKE, Administrative and Sales Support Assistant
Cindy is our Administrative and Sales Support Assistant here at ALC Consulting. She has 20+ years of administrative experience in a variety of industries including education, safety, insurance, defense, oil & gas and beer. Her extensive administrative background, organizational abilities and strong computer skills complement the overall workplace environment. Cindy is married with two twenty-something kids. She is a Colorado Native who does not ski – really – it’s true. She enjoys the arts and entertainment, reading, shopping and the never-ending pursuit of the perfect margarita.
