Chris Staniforth
President

Chris has recruited in the security industry for over 20 years. Prior to becoming a recruiter, he spent a dozen years in the industry with a Video Surveillance and Access Control Manufacturer where he gained experience managing sales  directors, regional sales managers, business development, key accounts, sales engineers, inside sales, vertical markets and professional services. He has placed over 400 people.

Chris has lived in Colorado for 32 years. He enjoys playing guitar, singing, fly fishing, and the Detroit Tigers. Most of all, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife,  Laurie, and their 19-year-old triplets, ALC – Avery, Luke, and Charlotte.​

TODD BRODRICK
Vice President

Todd has been with ALC Consulting for 6 years. Todd is uniquely qualified in his position as a recruiter as he has over two decades of experience in physical  security manufacturing and integration. With over 25 years of experience, Todd has held Vice President and Regional Sales Management positions throughout his career. He has worked for major Digital Video and IP/Access Control manufacturing companies and has experience working in startups, venture capital, and working with established,brand-name companies. Todd’s accomplishments have been recognized within many organizations, including Presidents Club, Club Excellence, Chairman’s Circle, and CEO of the year awards.

Todd was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and the Security Industrybrought him to Southern California over 20 years ago. Todd and his wife, Sara, reside in Southern California with their beautiful daughter, Taylor. Todd loves being a dad and spending time with his family and friends.

Raul Calderon
Vice President

Raul has been recruiting for 3 years now but has over 34 years of experience in the electronic security industry where has held executive level roles in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, and Operations.

Prior to deciding to get in the recruiting game, he co-founded iryx, where he served as President/COO. Iryx was an industrial IoT start up specializing in multi-spectral imaging and environmental sensing technologies coupled with edge based computer vision AI.

Prior to iryx, he spent nearly a dozen years at Arecont Vision, one of the original companies to use multi-megapixel video in security and the inventor of panoramic multi-senior imaging in security. There he served in a variety of executive roles culminating with being President at the time of his exit.

His many years of building teams and hiring a multitude of professionals to fill diverse roles throughout the organizations that he was responsible for gives him a unique perspective on what other hiring managers might be looking for. Recruiting is a way for him to impact many organizations in an industry he holds dear.

Raul is a native Californian, where he and his wife, Linda live. He is a proud father of two contributing members of society – daughter Ariana and son Jordan. Raul travels extensively for pleasure and loves to enjoy a great glass of wine with friends.

DAVE TYNAN
Vice President

Dave has been an award-winning business leader with three Fortune 50 companies, two of which have been recognized as “World’s Most Admired” companies by Fortune Magazine. He has had the opportunity to take the skills, tools, and experiences learned within these highly respected organizations, and successfully drive outstanding business results within these corporations, as well as with award winning early growth companies.

Holding positions in domestic, international, and global leadership roles, Dave has experience in pre- andpost-sales, sales, marketing, business development, product management, product and selling skills training, communications, channel, brand management, and business unit as well as area management. He defined the skills necessary for these functions, and recruited both domestic and global organizations. Business and product category experience includes services, software, networks, audio/video, data storage, surveillance and security, access control, intercoms and IP audio. This broad business and technology base lead to a successful leadership role and five-year foreign assignment based in Singapore, responsible for the Asia Pacific countries. He also created the vision, design and implementation for customer experience centers with global reputation and unparalleled customer traffic.

Dave’s efforts have produced professional awards including (two) Technology Fast 50 from Deloitte, Red Herring 100 North America, and (two) Frost and Sullivan Best Practice awards. In addition, he was the recipient of the Sports Security Innovator award, presented by the Security Industry Association, and was a founding member of the NCS4 (National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security).

Dave has served as an industry subject matter expert in hundreds of trade articles, and has appeared in Wall Street Journal and Time magazine. Dave was born in Cincinnati, graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in Engineering Technology, with additional MBA study at Ohio State University and the University of St. Thomas. He and his wife Anne now reside in Charlotte, and enjoy their time with traveling, boating, music, and occasional sports.​
